Objectif, \u00e9tirer verticalement pour travailler les rides frontales.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le double menton, on passe \u00e0 autre exercice. On tente un automassage drainage lymphatique en pla\u00e7ant l\u2019index et le majeur, joints, derri\u00e8re les oreilles, les pouces r\u00e9unis au milieu du menton. On vient ensuite simplement masser avec les pouces son double menton (oui, oui celui qui nous horrifie \u00e0 chaque selfie impr\u00e9vu). Ensuite, on presse les ganglions lymphatiques tout en laissant descendre nos doigts le long du cou jusqu\u2019aux clavicules. Objectif\u00a0? Favoriser le rayonnement global du visage.<\/p>\n<p>Autre exemple : le cou. En douceur, il suffit de pencher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la t\u00eate en arri\u00e8re, de sortir la langue et compter pendant 10 secondes avant de rentrer la langue et repositionner sa t\u00eate en avant. \u00c0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter trois fois de suite.
