Ne serait-ce qu\u2019en photos, avec le hashtag #healthyfood qui inonde notre feed Instagram, et les campagnes de pub. Mais tous sont-ils vraiment bons pour nous\u00a0? On d\u00e9m\u00eale le vrai du faux avec Myriam El Belghiti, di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne \u00e0 Casablanca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019\u00e0 voir les 93 millions de publications Instagram comportant le hashtag #healthyfood pour comprendre que de plus en plus de consommateurs font attention \u00e0 leur alimentation. Mais entre les livres de cuisine di\u00e9t\u00e9tique qui se multiplient, les conseils de nombreux influenceurs et nutritionnistes stars, les restaurants qui nous proposent des poke bowls et des smoothies \u00e0 tout va, et les marques qui nous vantent les m\u00e9rites de leurs produits sans sucre, on ne sait plus ce qui se cache derri\u00e8re le concept \u201c<em>healthy food<\/em>\u201d. Ni ce qui est vraiment bon pour nous. Di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne \u00e0 Casablanca, Myriam El Belghiti nous aide \u00e0 y voir plus clair.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Un produit <em>healthy<\/em>, k\u00e9zako\u00a0? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Un peu d\u2019anglais\u00a0:<em> healthy food<\/em> signifie simplement \u201caliment sain\u201d. Par exemple, on dira d\u2019un biscuit qu\u2019il est <em>healthy<\/em> s\u2019il est fait avec une huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale non hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9e plut\u00f4t qu\u2019avec du beurre (et ne contient donc pas de cholest\u00e9rol). Et\/ou si la recette comprend de la farine compl\u00e8te plut\u00f4t que de la farine blanche\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re a un index glyc\u00e9mique plus faible, ralentissant ainsi le passage du sucre dans le sang. Et\/ou s\u2019il contient des graines ol\u00e9agineuses (du s\u00e9same, par exemple) qui apportent des acides gras essentiels comme les om\u00e9ga 6. Un produit <em>healthy<\/em> n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment moins calorique qu\u2019un autre. Mais les marques jouent sur cette confusion. Car un produit <em>healthy,<\/em> m\u00eame s\u2019il a un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la sant\u00e9, peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer \u00eatre une vraie bombe de sucre ou de gras.<\/p>\n<p>Comme notre fameux biscuit sans beurre\u00a0: il ne contient peut-\u00eatre pas de cholest\u00e9rol mais il peut \u00eatre tout autant calorique qu\u2019un autre. Voire plus calorique m\u00eame, car l\u2019huile est plus grasse que le beurre. L\u2019ajout de graines ol\u00e9agineuses est \u00e9galement une source de graisses.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Peut-on consommer plus de produits <em>healthy<\/em>\u00a0que d\u2019autres aliments\u00a0? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Non. Ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019un produit est dit <em>healthy<\/em> qu\u2019on peut en manger en plus grande quantit\u00e9. Surtout si on est au r\u00e9gime. Parfois, mieux vaut manger un produit \u201cnormal\u201d et retrouver une saveur qu\u2019on appr\u00e9cie, plut\u00f4t que de se donner bonne conscience en se disant \u201c<em>c\u2019est <\/em>healthy,<em> alors je ne vais pas me priver<\/em>\u201d. Si, comme nous, vous pensiez qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait de l\u2019en-cas <em>healthy <\/em>par excellence, d\u00e9trompez-vous. Elles sont certes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d\u2019aliments int\u00e9ressants pour la sant\u00e9, mais ce sont de vraies bombes de sucre et de calories. Autant manger 2 dattes et 3 noix, le cerveau les comptabilisera bien mieux que lorsque les aliments sont broy\u00e9s et donc \u201cinvisibles\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Les galettes de riz, biscottes et corn flakes. Notre estomac per\u00e7oit tous les produits \u00e0 base de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales cuites comme pr\u00e9dig\u00e9r\u00e9s.
