Faites-le cuire dans 2 fois son volume d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. \u00c9gouttez-le bien et r\u00e9servez-le.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans une casserole d\u2019eau fr\u00e9missante et sal\u00e9e, faites cuire les f\u00e8ves et les asperges vertes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surveillez bien la cuisson (entre 10 et 15 minutes) et veillez \u00e0 garder les l\u00e9gumes croquants. \u00c9gouttez-les et placez-les dans un grand volume d\u2019eau froide additionn\u00e9e de gla\u00e7ons, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 stopper la cuisson.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9coupez le poulet en lani\u00e8res, salez et poivrez.
