Et de trois pour le propri\u00e9taire du Cabestan et d\u2019Umayya qui ouvre un nouveau restaurant \u00e0 El Hank, Lily\u2019s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apr\u00e8s la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne et orientale, c\u2019est le continent asiatique qui est \u00e0 l\u2019honneur. Sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s tha\u00eflandaises, cor\u00e9ennes, vietnamiennes, chinoises et japonaises : le restaurant propose une carte aussi vari\u00e9e que les pays qui y sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Chez Lily\u2019s, l\u2019Asie ne se trouve pas seulement dans l\u2019assiette.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le lieu a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 comme un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9crin dont la sc\u00e9nographie rappelle le vaste continent. L\u2019entr\u00e9e se fait par un chemin jalonn\u00e9 de dragonniers et de bassins d\u2019eau. Comme la descente d\u2019une rizi\u00e8re, on traverse le restaurant divis\u00e9 en trois plateaux, trois grands espaces int\u00e9rieurs : la salle des ombrelles, la salle des jardini\u00e8res et la salle des papillons, dans laquelle le plafond accueille une \u0153uvre de l\u2019artiste Florence Arnold. Con\u00e7u par les architectes casablancais Yachar Bouhaya et Sophia Sebti, Lily\u2019s \u00e9voque un mix d\u2019influences zen : le bois, le feu et le v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sont omnipr\u00e9sents, offrant \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble une atmosph\u00e8re accueillante. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Notre verdict ?
