Les jambes sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9es, tandis que les bras le sont un peu plus que la largeur des \u00e9paules. Fl\u00e9chissez les coudes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le nez et les pectoraux fr\u00f4lent le sol, pour remonter en poussant avec les bras jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la position initiale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour que ce soit efficace\u00a0<\/strong>: On commence par en faire deux ou trois maximum. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, gardez la t\u00eate et le dos bien align\u00e9s.
