En pause dej\u2019 ou pour un d\u00eener post-cin\u00e9ma, La Trattoria Del Papa n\u2019est pas une simple pizzeria de base, elle offre un vrai repas comme \u00e0 la maison, \u00e0 croire qu\u2019une vraie mamma napolitaine est cach\u00e9e derri\u00e8re les fourneaux. Nappes en vichy rouge et blanc, lambris de bois et photos de stars italiennes placard\u00e9es au mur, c\u2019est simple, un brin clich\u00e9, chaleureux, convivial comme une vraie cantine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En cuisine:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aux fourneaux\u00a0? Anthony Bossel, jeune chef form\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Paul-Bocuse des arts culinaires, qui s\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9loign\u00e9 de son m\u00e9tier \u00e0 son arriv\u00e9e au Maroc il y a 5 ans pour se lancer dans le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter. C\u2019est en lieu et place de sa boutique qu\u2019Anthony d\u00e9cide finalement de revenir \u00e0 ses premi\u00e8res amours en ouvrant un restaurant, il y a 3 mois seulement. Le choix du restaurant italien\u00a0? Il s\u2019impose \u00e0 lui\u00a0car il l\u2019avoue c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019une de ses cuisines, si ce n\u2019est SA pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. Ici, pas de pizza\u00efolo et ou de cuisinier import\u00e9 de Rome. Anthony retrousse ses manches, met sa toque, prend en main sa brigade et sa cuisine, pour un r\u00e9sultat plus que probant. Des propositions simples comme la pizza bresaola et sa burrata di bufala fra\u00eeche parsem\u00e9e de tapenade faite maison ou les spaghettis \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et champignons de Paris. La diff\u00e9rence\u00a0? Le petit plus, la patte de l\u2019\u00e9cole du grand chef Bocuse que l\u2019on sent \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e. Impossible de passer outre le dessert malgr\u00e9 un app\u00e9tit totalement satisfait, surtout lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit du traditionnel tiramisu, que l\u2019on croirait arriv\u00e9 en Concorde de Rome pendant le repas.
