Mais c\u2019est aussi un service traiteur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les wedding cakes et p\u00e2tisseries de mariage (mignardises servies avec le th\u00e9 et desserts). C\u00f4t\u00e9 sal\u00e9 on retrouve \u00e9galement des bouch\u00e9es cocktail, id\u00e9ales pour un ap\u00e9ro dinatoire.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bref, dans les vitrines de la jolie boutique tout en marbre blanc florentin agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de d\u00e9tails or, difficile de choisir entre le double craquant chocolat, le fraisier, le gianduja pralin\u00e9 noisettes, la tarte au citron et chocolat blanc, le caramel dulce ou bien encore le citron yuzu. Il a fait ses premi\u00e8res armes au Kempinski de Gen\u00e8ve puis \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Rams\u00e8s de Madrid (dont le restaurant est honor\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9toile au Guide Michelin). Les p\u00e2tisseries et entremets sont aussi jolis que gourmands, et fins. Grand plus\u00a0: Lahlou &amp; Co s\u2019adapte aux fruits de saison et propose ainsi des g\u00e2teaux selon le march\u00e9. Cette semaine (\u00e0 partir du 14 juin), par exemple, 4 nouveaut\u00e9s seront ajout\u00e9es \u00e0 la carte\u00a0: l\u2019intens\u00e9ment caf\u00e9, celui \u00e0 la vanille caramel beurre sal\u00e9, l\u2019acidul\u00e9 aux agrumes ou bien encore le chocolat framboise. <em>Last but not least,<\/em> le chef a revisit\u00e9 la tablette de chocolat classique, qu\u2019il propose en brisures. Notre coup de c\u0153ur\u00a0? Le chocolat \u00e0 base de rose et de framboise.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mais\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En revanche, le service laisse \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. Des couacs \u00e0 imputer peut-\u00eatre au rodage de l\u2019\u00e9quipe\u00a0? Surtout, les prix sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s, \u00e0 nos yeux, par rapport aux proportions. Il faut compter entre 350 et 500 DH pour les entremets, entre 300 et 450 DH les tartes (\u00e0 partir de 4 personnes).
