Or, le confinement d\u00fb \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, s\u2019il limite le shopping, nous permet de prendre de l\u2019avance sur la pr\u00e9paration des incontournables chhiwates. Avec l\u2019aide de A\u00efcha Lahlou, du restaurant casablancais F. Kabbaj, nous allons pouvoir \u201cpimper\u201d les traditionnelles fekkas de ramadan, avec une recette \u2013cerise sur le g\u00e2teau\u2013 tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette recette de fekkas \u00e0 l\u2019italienne s\u2019inspire des biscuits florentins Cantuccini, dont l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient principal est l\u2019amande. A\u00efcha Lahlou, dont les entremets et p\u00e2tisseries ont presque vol\u00e9 la vedette aux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s \u00e0 base de foie gras du restaurant-traiteur casablancais F.Kabbaj, revisite donc cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 italienne, \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on des fekkas.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Et pour ne rien enlever au plaisir, c\u2019est une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Andiamo\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La recette<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutes<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Temps de cuisson: environ 40 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 \u0153ufs\u00a0(dont on s\u00e9pare le blanc du jaune)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">200g de sucre semoule<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">250g de farine<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">50g d\u2019amandes<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">50g de noisettes<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">50g de pistaches<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quelques zestes d&rsquo;orange<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;anis (facultatif)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 190\u00b0C.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u2019abord, zestez l&rsquo;orange dans le sucre semoule.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensuite blanchissez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9. Il faut les battre tr\u00e8s vivement avec des gestes circulaires.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Montez les blancs en neige\u00a0puis, incorporez les blancs aux jaunes avant d\u2019ajouter la farine tamis\u00e9e avec le bicarbonate et le sel.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajoutez ensuite les fruits secs et travaillez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la main.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Astuce:<\/strong> Saupoudrez la p\u00e2te avec de la farine pour pouvoir la manipuler plus facilement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faites de petits boudins avec la p\u00e2te, placez-les sur du papier cuisson et enfournez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coloration. Cela prend environ 20 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sortez les boudins et laissez-les refroidir un peu.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coupez ensuite les biscuits avec une \u00e9paisseur de 2cm environ et replacez-les sur la plaque \u00e0 160\u00b0C, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 atteindre une coloration dor\u00e9e. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Attention<\/strong>, pensez \u00e0 retourner les biscuits \u00e0 mi-cuisson pour un aspect homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour info\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les fekkas peuvent se conserver environ 10 jours dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vous pouvez aussi les congeler, crus.
