J\u2019ai fait un bachelor en psychologie et neuroscience. Et l\u00e0, je suis en master dans une \u00e9cole de commerce, l\u2019ESCP. Mais mon <em>background<\/em> en psychologie m\u2019a vraiment pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 l\u2019aspect psychologique de la perte de poids. Et il m\u2019a aussi permis de trouver une fa\u00e7on durable de perdre du poids sans me fatiguer \u00e9motionnellement, ni mentalement. Ceci \u00e9tant dit, la nutrition prend une place grandissante dans ma vie\u2026 Je veux donc en apprendre encore plus, et je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse parce que je viens d\u2019\u00eatre accept\u00e9e pour suivre un programme intitul\u00e9 \u201cPsychology of eating\u201d \u00e0 Harvard\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Tu as perdu 20kg sans les reprendre\u00a0: impressionnant\u00a0! Tu peux nous raconter ton \u201chistoire\u201d avec les r\u00e9gimes\u00a0?<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 mon temps \u00e0 dire que j\u2019\u00e9tais au r\u00e9gime alors qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 je ne l\u2019\u00e9tais pas. (<em>Rires<\/em>.) J\u2019ai toujours mang\u00e9 sainement et pourtant j\u2019\u00e9tais beaucoup plus en surpoids que mes amies\u2026 Je me suis dit qu\u2019il y avait forc\u00e9ment un truc que je faisais mal. En fait, il y en avait plusieurs. Par exemple, comme beaucoup de personnes qui suivent un r\u00e9gime \u201cclassique\u201d, je me privais la semaine, mais les exc\u00e8s du weekend g\u00e2chaient tous les sacrifices faits. Je pense aussi que j\u2019avais un rapport tr\u00e8s malsain \u00e0 la nourriture, comme beaucoup d\u2019ailleurs.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><em>\u201cJe mange du chocolat tous les jours, et je continue \u00e0 perdre du poids\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Justement, aurais-tu des conseils pour am\u00e9liorer sa relation avec la nourriture\u00a0?<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Croire en la science! Il faut arr\u00eater de croire ces fausses \u201cth\u00e9ories du complot\u201d selon lesquelles tel ou tel aliment fait grossir. Pareil pour ces histoires de \u201cbonnes et mauvaises calories\u201d\u00a0: c\u2019est plus du marketing qu\u2019autre chose. Une calorie est une calorie. C\u2019est le c\u00f4t\u00e9 nutritif qui entre en jeu apr\u00e8s, mais pas l\u2019apport calorique. J\u2019ai envie de dire \u00e0 tout le monde que rien n\u2019est bon ou mauvais en soi, c\u2019est la fa\u00e7on de combiner et surtout de ne pas diaboliser certains aliments. Personnellement, je mange sain 80% du temps, et le temps restant mes repas sont \u201cmoins nutritifs\u201d. Je n\u2019aime pas l\u2019appellation \u201ccheat meal\u201d, parce qu\u2019on triche par rapport \u00e0 quoi\u00a0? Il faut vraiment d\u00e9dramatiser. Le stress et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime trop restrictif peuvent avoir des r\u00e9percussions plus importantes qu\u2019un burger&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, on ne doit pas \u00eatre dans le rush pour perdre du poids. Ce n\u2019est un secret pour personne qu\u2019une perte de poids durable se fait dans le temps. Comment \u00e7a marche\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le d\u00e9ficit calorique c\u2019est le point commun de tous les r\u00e9gimes, la cl\u00e9 de toute perte de poids. Le principe est simple\u00a0: on se fixe un objectif au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 son m\u00e9tabolisme basal, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le minimum de calories dont notre corps \u00e0 besoin pour fonctionner normalement.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, pour maintenir mon poids j\u2019ai besoin d\u2019un apport journalier \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 1700 Kcal, et mon m\u00e9tabolisme basal est de 1390 Kcal. Pour perdre du poids, je dois me situer entre les deux\u00a0! C\u2019est un peu comme un budget qu\u2019on se fixe par jour et qu\u2019on ne doit pas d\u00e9passer mais qu\u2019on peut d\u00e9penser comme on veut au final. Bien \u00e9videmment, certains aliments vous rassasieront pour plus longtemps que d\u2019autres\u00a0: c\u2019est l\u00e0 que la qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle entre en jeu.<\/p>\n<p>Le business de la perte de poids ne fait que \u201cd\u00e9guiser\u201d le d\u00e9ficit calorique sous diverses appellations. Le compte calorique ne doit pas \u00eatre frustrant, il suffit juste de se fixer un objectif atteignable, que l\u2019on pourra maintenir sur la dur\u00e9e. Le probl\u00e8me des gens qui se sous-alimentent\u00a0? Il est impossible de tenir un r\u00e9gime qui ne nous permet m\u00eame pas \u00e0 notre cerveau de fonctionner correctement. Avec ce type de privations, m\u00eame notre prise de d\u00e9cision se voit alt\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour estimer son m\u00e9tabolisme de base, c\u2019est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calculator.net\/bmr-calculator.html\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Et le sport dans tout \u00e7a ? On dit souvent qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime n\u2019est efficace que s\u2019il est combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 sportive\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je pense que le mot d\u2019ordre est mod\u00e9ration. Que ce soit au niveau de la nourriture ou du sport, il ne faut pas tomber dans l\u2019exc\u00e8s. Bien s\u00fbr que le sport est indispensable pour entretenir son corps, mais \u00e0 mon avis il ne faut pas trop compter dessus. On aura tendance \u00e0 plus vite se tromper dans son compte calorique si on se dit qu\u2019on va br\u00fbler 500 kcal en faisant du sport et en ajoutant ces derni\u00e8res \u00e0 son \u201cbudget calories\u201d de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, faire beaucoup de sport, notamment du cardio, donne faim, c\u2019est normal. On aura donc envie (et besoin) de manger plus, ce qui peut engendrer des erreurs.<\/p>\n<p>Du coup, je conseille un petit entra\u00eenement de 15-30 minutes par jour : une s\u00e9ance pas trop fatigante, et qui ne donnera pas envie de trop manger apr\u00e8s. J\u2019adore l\u2019application <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alomoves.com\/\">Alo Moves<\/a> et le cours de <em>core strengh<\/em> qui m\u2019a vraiment permis de dessiner mon corps.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien s\u00fbr, marcher d\u00e8s qu\u2019on le peut. Se fixer des objectifs moins ambitieux les rendront plus accessibles et donc plus motivants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Enfin, pourrais-tu nous donner quelques conseils pour allier r\u00e9gime et vie sociale ? C\u2019est souvent probl\u00e9matique&#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est vrai, avant j\u2019avais beaucoup de mal \u00e0 concilier les deux, aujourd\u2019hui \u00e7a va beaucoup mieux. Le plus important, c\u2019est de se responsabiliser mais aussi d\u2019anticiper. Si je sais que j\u2019ai un d\u00eener de pr\u00e9vu, j\u2019essaie de faire un jeune intermittent et de r\u00e9partir mes calories afin de pr\u00e9voir un nombre de calories suffisant pour me faire plaisir au restaurant le soir.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement possible de manger sainement dehors. Si on vous propose un resto de derni\u00e8re minute, rien ne vous emp\u00eache de choisir une alternative plus saine, sans pour autant vous rabattre sur un mesclun de salades\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Le mot de la fin\u00a0?<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On a souvent tendance \u00e0 dire \u201csoyez indulgents avec vous-m\u00eame\u201d mais \u00e7a commence d\u2019abord avec les autres. Si on arr\u00eate de trouver les gens \u201ctrop gros\u201d on arr\u00eatera aussi de se trouver trop gros.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est tr\u00e8s important de faire comprendre \u00e0 ceux qui n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 en surpoids qu\u2019il faut arr\u00eater de critiquer l\u2019apparence physique des autres. Je ne supporte plus les \u201cSalut \u00e7a va? T\u2019as maigri\u00a0!\u201d. F\u00e9liciter ceux qui ont perdu du poids c\u2019est bien seulement si on sait qu\u2019ils ont voulu maigrir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>La recette de Pok\u00e9 de May <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Voici la recette de l\u2019un de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, le Pok\u00e9 (environ 530 Kcal).<\/p>\n<p>Cette fois-ci, j\u2019ai choisi d\u2019utiliser du riz noir Venere pour ses apports nutritifs. Il est riche en antioxydants et en fibres et contient un peu plus de prot\u00e9ines que le riz blanc. Son go\u00fbt et sa texture apportent un peu d\u2019originalit\u00e9 \u00e0 mon Pok\u00e9. Commencez par faire bouillir le riz (environ 40g de riz pour obtenir 100g de riz cuit).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">2. Faites mariner le thon dans de la sauce soja avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019oignons nouveaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">3. Pr\u00e9parez la sauce en mixant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">4. Lorsque le riz est pr\u00eat, laissez-le refroidir et disposez les ingr\u00e9dients dans un bol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">5.
